This lack of trust can impact the quality of communication between team members, cooperation within a project, and even a company’s bottom line.  


My 20 years leading cohesive teams in a corporate environment combined with my work in human behavior and human development as a coach provides me a rather unique skill set to help struggling teams re-build trust and establish positive working relations.

Trust Building Package 

When dysfunctional teams lose a great deal of internal trust, members often begin working independently rather than collaborating. This approach, often called “siloing”, further alienates team members from one another. 

In this team-building process, the goal is to meaningfully address trust issues and facilitate restored relationships within the team through empathy, as well as provide the Team Leader (TL) with the tools and resources necessary to continue investing in the success of the team.

Participants will:

Develop and strengthen healthy communication skills with their team members

Gain valuable new insights into the strengths, challenges, and motivations of each member

Deepen their understanding of the needs and experiences of their team members by identifying shared connections and commonalities

Cultural Shift Package

Organizations organically create cultures of their own without intention.

This leads many companies revisiting their values years after inception. Both from a departmental team perspective as well as a company-wide paradigm, a cultural shift provides new opportunities from which to solve existing problems or prevent future ones.

A company shift in values can have a dramatic effect on the productivity, cohesiveness, and effectiveness of a unit.

Before teams can mentally and emotionally absorb a new team or company culture, they need to openly and honestly identify their own implicit and stated values in a safe and accepting space.

In this team-building event, the goal is to take a bird’s eye view of the company culture in order to understand and establish values that allow the team to identify long-term solutions and actions, as well as provide the Team Leader (TL) with the tools and resources necessary to continue investing in the success of the team.

Establish team values based on new company mission and goals

Identify actions and behaviors that are not aligned with stated values

Learn and understand how to root out systemic problems resulting from tacit values

Empathy Booster Package

 Low morale, if unaddressed, and lack of empathy can lead to high turnover, poor team performance, and systemic communication problems.

 When teams have lost a bit of their empathy, such as after working through a difficult project or experiencing a series of miscommunications, it can be challenging to get back on track. The confidence of a collaborative team is a core component to their success, and a decline in a team’s spirit can lead to larger, more systemic problems down the line.


In this team-building event, the goal is to inspire team members to cultivate open dialogue by candidly revisiting their individual feelings, and mindsets.  The Team Leader (TL) is provided the tools and resources necessary to continue facilitating considerate problem-solving sessions and investing in the success of the team.

Participants will:

Actively engage in conversations about feelings, mindset and attitude

Openly share honest feedback in facilitated discussions

Develop and practice skills in interpersonal problem solving
